ARTMAMA & JULESART PRODUCTS - TERMS OF USE  
AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE *ONLY* FOR CUSTOMERS WANTING TO USE THESE PRODUCTS COMMERCIALLY: Due to the disappointment we have had of people taking advantage of our low prices without following our commercial use conditions, we have had to create a new policy. Any persons purchasing our products at the incredibly cheap non-commercial use purchase price (usually around $2 and up to $15 for larger items) who go on to adapt and use them commercially *without* following the commercial use instructions listed below will find their name circulated around the internet and will gain the reputation of being a copyright pirate! And possibly legal action, according to New Zealand copyright laws, or some other hideous consequence!!? ArtMama and Julesart products are ALWAYS ORIGINALS, designed from scratch by us without any photoshop actions and are primarily designed because it is fun for us which is why we keep our prices low even for commercial users, so don't misuse this by *not* carrying out my simple commercial use instructions. IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO DO THIS, PLEASE DON'T USE MY PRODUCTS COMMERCIALLY. We have thought about charging an extra fee or higher price for commercial use, but would much prefer to see how they are used. This is for many reasons, including for the joy of knowing how the use of our gifts and talents are extended, and also helps us with future design ideas, knowing what people use our work for. If the product you have purchased is one of our fonts, please note they are letterware (not compulsory) - it would be cool if whoever wants to use them could write a letter using the fonts and then send it from where ever they are in the world to my daughter. She was born 2 Jan 1995 if you want to send her a letter in the font on her birthday.
